After leaving the Thorns at the end of the 2023 NWSL season in November, Dunn has signed a contract with Gotham valid until 2026. To announce the signing, Gotham published a video on social media of the New York native greeting her new fans.

Dunn brings a wealth of experience to the 2023 NWSL champions, having won the national championship with North Carolina Courage in 2018 and 2019 and with the Thorns in 2022. The winger was named NWSL MVP in 2015, while she was part of the USWNT World Cup-winning squad of 2019. The 31-year-old was linked with NWSL side Orlando Pride, who reportedly offered her a deal worth $400,000 per season.

WHAT NEXT FOR CRYSTAL DUNN?
Dunn will aim to help Gotham defend their NWSL crown. The 2024 season will begin on March 16, though the schedule is yet to be confirmed.
